It’s March.

First day of Spring. Sunshine. St Paddy’s Day. SXSW. March Madness.

SUNSHINE.

…and for the math nerd in me, Pi Day.

Longtime readers know I celebrate each year. Always with a gluten free vegan pie recipe, often shaped into Pi. At the very least, a Pi symbol carved into or built up from crust.

This collection of gluten free vegan pie recipes has pie for everyone! Included in my years of recipes I have pizza, I have breakfast pie (quiche!), I even have pie bites.
