Longtime readers know I celebrate each year. Always with a gluten free vegan pie recipe, often shaped into Pi. At the very least, a Pi symbol carved into or built up from crust.

Wow! So many delicious options, you can't go wrong no matter which one you choose! I think I'll start with the peanut butter chocolate pie, yum!
