Longtime readers know I celebrate each year. Always with a vegan pie recipe, often shaped into Pi. At the very least, a Pi symbol carved into or built up from crust.

In the meantime, to kick off the month I have a Pie Collection for Pi Day – sweet and savory, pie for everyone!
