You guys.

It’s March.

First day of Spring. Sunshine. St Paddy’s Day. SXSW. March Madness.

SUNSHINE.

…and for the math nerd in me, Pi Day.

Longtime readers know I celebrate each year. Always with a vegan pie recipe, often shaped into Pi. At the very least, a Pi symbol carved into or built up from crust.

My 2018 Pi pie recipe is coming up soon, I promise.

and it is good.

In the meantime, to kick off the month I have a Pie Collection for Pi Day – sweet and savory, pie for everyone! Included in my years of recipes I have pizza, I have breakfast pie, I even have pie bites. For this upcoming important day, however – all the pies I am sharing here today were specifically made for Pi Day.

You can quickly see how I can tell the difference.

I’m drawn to the peanut butter pie. Savory pies are yummy, but I have such a sweet tooth!
