Gluten, soy, and oil free wings
Who doesn't love a buffalo wing? When it is a gluten free vegan buffalo wing, they love you back.
Many vegan chicken alternatives have gluten, and some also have soy. If you've been searching for a soy free, gluten free vegan buffalo wing, this quick and easy recipe is the solution.
With just six ingredients you may already have in your pantry (plus salt and pepper), you are about half an hour away from dipping spicy buffalo wings in cool ranch.
This recipe is also oil free and has two cooking methods - baked in an oven, or air fried if you have an air fryer.
I know so many of you are looking for an oil free buffalo wing. This recipe does not have oil, and the wings get crispy in either the oven or the air fryer.

The best buffalo sauce
My favorite tangy buffalo sauce is Louisiana's pure Crystal hot sauce.
Original cayenne pepper sauce is a go to sauce for many, and is the vegan buffalo sauce I have used for years.
If you want more buffalo flavored recipes, this buffalo cauliflower recipe is incredibly popular. It also has variations for gluten-free, oil-free, and soy-free.

Buffalo wing sliders would be a delicious lunch on your favorite slider rolls. Just add some fresh lettuce and top with your favorite vegan ranch dressing.
When serving these as wings to dip, pair them with a celery ranch dressing. For different flavor, this vegan Thousand Island dressing is tasty.

I've made this twice already and love it so much. So simple and delicious. Having spaghetti tonight and wanted to make some sort of 'meat'ball and didn't like the recipes I found. Remembered this and made it while substituting the buffalo sauce for some tomato sauce and added some Italian herbs. Currently in the oven waiting to be devoured!!
