Recipes using peanut butter
I probably eat peanut butter every day. I know my dogs do - our sweet elderly dachshund Rosemary begins each day with a nut butter coated pill. This means that Dutch also gets a peanut butter filled kong.
A small amount of unsweetened peanut butter is a good snack for dogs, and a great vehicle for hiding their medicine.
Turns out, we love peanut butter too, seeing how many nut butter recipes we have made over the years. Among these are reader favorites that are made often, like peanut butter bread, peanut butter fruit rolls, and peanut butter bars. Which recipe will you make first?

I have to admit I'm not a peanut fan (this applies to the food thing, not the comics). Ahh. But I guess almond butter could be used for all of these as well ... ?
spabettie says
I LOVE that you clarified that you DO love Peanuts the comics. I love them so! no wonder I love you! 🙂 I KNOW almond butter would work with many if not all of these - I have made the soup with almond butter before, and cashew butter too!
