Fresh and Fruity Sangria
adapted from Cooking Light
1 pint raspberries
½ pint blueberries
1 mango, peeled, pitted, cubed
½ grapefruit, peeled, segmented
½ cup cherry juice
½ cup chilled soda water
1 (750ml) bottle chilled wine (dry Rose)
Combine all ingredients into a pitcher, refrigerate at least two hours.
Serve outside in the sunshine - enjoy!
We are finally using the serving tray / Lazy Susan we brought home from Napa last year - made from the top of a wine barrel, and it spins!
