I am major health issues right now and would love an easy breakfast. For a health makeover I'd have to go with that plate of IHOP pancakes. For some reason they sound good. They are certainly not what I normally crave.

Sometimes when my sister and I were kids, my dad would take us to McDonalds for breakfast as a special treat. We would get egg McMuffins and hashbrowns and we loved it. As an adult I haven't had McDonalds in decades and as a vegan I haven't had an egg McMuffin in years. I have no idea how you could make an egg McMuffin vegan but it would be awesome!

My favorite breakfast is banana pancakes.

Oh please tell me this is open internationally? Yum! That smoothie looks so thick and creamy, and I can just imagine that little bit of chocolate makes it even more divine!
My favourite breakfast is a smoothie bowl, because I get some veggies or greens in and have the crunch of something to go with it, like buckwheat groats or something. What I would love to see GF'd is an english muffin without relying on a thousand starches or what not - my main gripe about GF flour mixes!

I am pretty good at making a delicious vegan breakfast at home, but I wish restaurants offered more options. A tofu scramble with an upcharge is so boring and frustrating. Some vegan gluten-free pancakes or crepes would be awesome!

Wow!! I love Ka Chava and what a fabulously creative use of such a great chocolate taste. LOVE it!

Back when I still ate eggs, I remember that IHOP had some sort of pancakes they called "Country Griddle Cakes." They made them with Cream of Wheat and they were lighter than your typical pancake. Those, vegan, would be awesome.

Oh man I need to try Ka’Chava! It sounds fantastic! I also adore pepitas so I know this recipe would rock! I would love to see a breakfast burrito made gluten free/paleo!

This smoothie sounds AMAZING!! The salted pepitas really clinch the deal for me. Can't wait to try it!
