I'd love to see a simple and fabulous French toast recipe, I usually do smoothies or oatmeal for breakfast.

I've always been a huge French toast fan. Back in my pre-vegan days, my favorite was one made with crusty French bread and stuffed with neufchatel cheese and chopped chocolate. Definitely super indulgent, but so amazing. I would love a vegan version of that!

Oooh, I passed up the chance to try Ka'Chava - now I'm hoping they'll be at Expo West! That shake looks too perfect Kristina!
Terri Cole says
Biscuits and sausage gravy would be my top choice for a breakfast to veganize. The hardest part (for me) is not making it vegan, but making it oil-free!

Love the idea of garnishing with salted pepitas for flavor and texture contrast. And those glasses are really cool, too.

I LOVE THIS! That crunch on the top with the pepitas is genius!

My favorite breakfast of them all is French toast and I would like to see made vegan / gluten free.

Ooh wow, the Ka'chava drink looks so amazing! I am already vegan as well but I love sweets for breakfast, smoothies, matcha lattes, acai bowls, parfaits, even cutting up fruit and pouring oat milk over it for a cereal without the cereal! Hehe! Japanese fruit sandwiches... with chocolate bread and coconut cream and fruit in between...
