Uhh, this sounds very interesting. Just like the kind of breakfast I love. Healthy and filling thanks to the cashew butter. Will definitely give it a try.

I love the idea of smoothie saturday! I will have to try this recipe. My toddler son loves smoothies.

I have so many food allergies (gluten, rice, soy) in addition to being vegetarian that I have trouble finding things to eat. I'd love to see a meatless, allergen free savory crepe or French toast! Yum!
Kayla says
Hmm, I already eat a pretty vegetarian breakfast... what about gluten-free, stuffed, cinnamon french toast? 😀

I love Ka'Chava and this smoothie. I would love to use it to help make protein and nutrient-packed breakfasts for my mom and I. She's been vegan since October last year and I'm super proud, but I know she struggles with quick breakfasts in the morning. Even if she just did 1-2 scoops of Ka'Chava in the morning in her pancakes, oats, or smoothies I think it would make a huge difference!

I'm already plant-based (and not a breakfast eater), but I always like eating french toast for dinner back in the day, which isn't always the best when it's vegan.
