I love a good old-fashioned Southern Country breakfast, but it's just so unhealthy!

Hey, if you're an old, I am too, and have been since college, when I would be at the cafeteria door RIGHT when they opened most nights. Olds club! 🙂 Chocolate and nuts sound like the perfect smoothie to me. My usual breakfast is already vegan, because it's usually just coffee! Or oatmeal, which is super easy to make vegan and gf with a good source (and is further evidence of old besides). Pancakes, maybe? Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!

My favorite breakfast to veganize would be an egg bake. A traditional egg bake contains eggs, bread/croutons, sausage, cheese, and cream.

A full southern breakfast... Buttermilk pancakes/Buttermilk biscuits, eggs, bacon/sausage.

I love French Toast and have not found a good way to make it vegan and GF. It just feels like taking out too much of what makes French toast so yummy. I love your blog, I'm so thankful I found it!

Breakfast is my favorite meal! I love cereal, muffins, scones, you name it. I'm pretty sure I've seen vegan versions of every breakfast food there is by now. I'm just thankful there are so many talented people (like you) that share their recipes!
Brandi says
Favorite breakfast? Biscuits and gravy, hands down. Easy (enough) to make veg--or even vegan, but healthy?? Oi.

Gosh, I'm so boring at breakfast - weekdays, it's Cream of Wheat at my desk, weekends, it's oatmeal with soy milk, maple syrup, and dried cranberries. I really need to shake up my routine! I do love breakfast for dinner, though - and I miss my good old frittatas I used to make before giving up eggs. So I'd love to see a great vegan frittata recipe!

I already make every breakfast I can think of vegan! Pancakes, waffles, french toast, tofu scramble, hash browns… etc. The only thing I sometimes wish is that I could go into an IHOP and order a big stack of fluffy vegan pancakes with some of their fancy toppings.

I'm vegetarian, and one of my closest friends is gluten and dairy free. Between the two of us, we look for a lot of vegan, gf recipes. Quite frankly, I would love to see a vegan, gf cheesecake 😉
