hangover cure juice

Hangover from too many cocktails?

Too much indulgent food?

Even too much travel?

Whatever you need a jump start from, this cleansing juice will help the cleansing process. Packed with good things and flavorful too? This bright glass of sunshine is the wake up call I needed this morning!

After a couple of busy years that kept me mainly in Portland, I have had several flights lately. Trips for both business and vacation – the recycled air, meals on the run, celebratory cocktails and fun fun fun – all catching up with me. Now that I am back home, at least for a while, I’m looking for fresh and clean and juice juice juice!

cucumbers bring electrolytes, vitamin B, and potassium – all great things to lessen your hangover symptoms

apples are immune boosting … and they bring sweetness

ginger is detoxifying, anti inflammatory, and antioxidant rich

lemons pack lots of vitamin C and are liver cleansers

Eating during travels is always a challenge for me and often I need to recover afterwards. That’s unhappy because I’d like to enjoy traveling, but often that’s when I feel the worst. 🙁 Anyway, this juice looks so nice that I think it doesn’t need a cleansing purpose to enjoy it! Yum yum.

I love beets for a detox. I got take shots of beet juice, ginger, wheat grass, and lemon from Arden’s Gardens when I need a hard core reset.
