I wanted to share one of my recent lunches with you, but it’s really not a recipe.

Plus, I could not not say something about these mini shiitake mushrooms I found! How cute are they?
All the way cute is what. I finally found a good avocado (sure hope those continue), filled it with these tiny tasty shrooms, drizzled with olive oil and baked. 15 minutes, cover with sriracha.
