Peanut Butter Burger
This spicy vegan peanut butter burger is a deliciously rich and flavorful. Much like these garlic spinach waffles with sriracha whip cream, this burger recipe qualifies as one of those unique food combinations we all love
First, the peanut butter. This really shouldn't be much of a stretch, but I get the side eye whenever I mention it. Peanut butter works in all kinds of savory applications, and a burger is a fine place for it to be! Try it, you may just like it.
Second, and absolutely important, the spicy kimchi sauce.
Spicy Kimchi Sauce
This wonderfully spicy sauce is so SO flavorful - gorgeous red specks give hint of the spice level, and there are layers of rich flavor from fresh ginger and garlic. It is my new favorite thing. Also, while jarred kimchi absolutely works great with this recipe, you can learn how to easily make your own kimchi.
The spicy kimchi sauce is a quick and easy recipe once you make the kimchi.
How to make a peanut butter burger
This spicy vegan peanut butter burger has so many layers of flavor. One of those is a generous pile of caramelized onions. You can simplify this step by simply softening / pan frying a sliced onion, but if you want the full flavor experience, see how to caramelize onions.
The rest of the steps are quick and easy. Mash an avocado, cook your favorite veggie burger, and toast some gluten free buns.

I would have been happy with the PB burger alone... but spicy kimchi sauce?! I might not let you leave SD when you come. We have a spare room and all the wine and whiskey you can stand...
