I liked blogging with Vegan Month of Food. I really did. I’ll probably do it again! On average, my diet is about 88% vegan anyway.
I used to say “I’m vegan except for cheese”. I like cheese.
Goat, mizithra, gruyere, fontina. Even still, most of the time I eat the vegan cheeses, the ones that are pretty good, anyway!
When I was grocery shopping for the holiday, however, I bought a couple of cheeses, knowing December, a new month, was near.
Oh, one more cheese I love? Smoked mozzarella.
Smoked mozzarella, pesto, tomato sandwich.

Thanks for all the well wishes for my knife skills… the wrapping has been downgraded to regular band aids (well. as regular as you get in my house), although it’s still painful to type and cook. and everything else too.
