here, we are – the last day of April! can you believe how fast this year is going? crazypants.
early in the week I was looking for headache relief, and I did find some! thank you all for your suggestions and ideas and emails. I was conscious of my water intake, spent as much time as I could in fresh air, vacuumed our carpeting and scrubbed. I added Vitamin B as a regular supplement.
I was excited to find out Women’s Health did too – I was at the top of their “what we’re reading this week” list:
This is delicious. Glad I made a small one – as it is we’re going to be enjoying this for a while.
We enjoyed grilled fish tacos
and yesterday Basil and I enjoyed the garden.
