Easy Gluten Free Pie Crust
Easy Gluten Free Pie Crust dairy, soy, egg and gluten free, vegan makes one single crust pie, or 8 Pi
  • 1 cup sweet rice flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour (gluten free)
  • ½ cup cold vegan butter (Earth Balance soy free)
  • ¼ - ½ cup cold water
  1. Using forks or a dough cutter, combine flours and butter.
  2. Add water one tablespoon at a time until a dough ball forms.
  3. Knead and form a ball, wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Roll on a floured surface and cut into shapes for single hand pies or form a pie crust.
