Sparkly White Chocolate Cinnamon Crunch Bark

  • 12 ounces (7 bars) vegan Polar Dream White Chocolate, divided
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
  • ½ to ¾ cup vegan Cinnamon Crunch cereal
  • vegan Silver Stars Sprinkles
  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment. Have all ingredients ready, plus a piping bag / plastic baggie for the chocolate drizzle at the end.
  2. Chop white chocolate.
  3. Using a double boiler / glass bowl over pot of water method, melt the white chocolate over low heat until completely smooth. Remove from heat.
  4. Pour most of the melted chocolate onto the parchment / baking sheet, reserving about 2 tablespoons. Spread the melted chocolate into an even layer, in a rectangle shape.
  5. Add the cinnamon sugar to the reserved melted chocolate, stir to combine. Pour into piping bag / plastic baggie. Set aside.
  6. Sprinkle the cereal pieces and silver sprinkles over the chocolate rectangle in an even pattern, covering the entire surface. Snip tiny hole in corner of piping baggie, drizzle cinnamon white chocolate over entire chocolate rectangle. Set aside to allow bark to cool / set. Chop / break into pieces when cooled and hardened.
