Avocado Corn Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados, pitted, peeled, and diced
  • 1 cup (140 g) corn kernels (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 1 cup (50 g) chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup (135 g) chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeño
  • salt to taste, optional
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, cover, and chill until ready to use.
