Sweet Pepper Poppers with Guacamole Crunch

Serves: 30 poppers

  • 15 sweet peppers
  • Four Ingredient Vegan Cheese (recipe below)
  • handfulGuacamole Tortilla Chips, crushed
  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  2. Slice peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and ribs. Arrange peppers on lined baking sheet.
  3. Using a piping bag or plastic baggie, pipe Four Ingredient Vegan Cheese into each pepper half. T
  4. op with crushed tortilla chips.
  5. Bake at 350 °F for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm.
