Vanilla Pint Cake

  • 1 pint Very Vanilla Cashewmilk Frozen Dessert
  • ⅓ cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1½ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • pinch sea salt
  1. Approximately 30 minutes prior to beginning, remove Cashewmilk Frozen Dessert pint from freezer, set on counter to melt.
  2. Measure out ⅓ cup vegan cream cheese, set out to come to room temperature.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray and line loaf pan with parchment.
  4. In large mixing bowl, combine melted Cashewmilk Frozen Dessert with vegan cream cheese, stir until combined with no lumps.
  5. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the Cashewmilk cream cheese mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 °F for 35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
