Veggie Burger Salad and Quick Dill Pickle Dressing

dairy, egg, soy and gluten free, vegan
  • 1 batch Quick Dill Pickle Dressing (instructions below)
  • several handfuls salad greens
  • 1 veggie burger
  • sriracha
  1. Prepare the Quick Dill Pickle Dressing (instructions below).
  2. Add salad greens to the dressing, toss to coat.
  3. Cook veggie burger in skillet on stove, or warm in microwave. Slice into bite size pieces. Top salad with warm veggie burger.
  4. Finish with sriracha.
