Sweet and Spicy Cashews

Serves: 2 cups
dairy, egg, soy and gluten free, vegan
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon gochugaru
  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together sesame oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and gochugaru. Add cashews, stir to coat.
  3. Transfer cashews to baking sheet, spreading out in a single layer. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Bake at 350 °F for 6-9 minutes, until warm. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
