Miso Dressing
Recipe type: dressing, sauce
  • 3 tablespoons smooth miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ½ inch fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 green onion, minced fine
  • water to thin, as needed
  1. Whisk all ingredients – adjusting liquids for desired consistency.
  2. Insert straw and drink
  3. Store in airtight container in fridge.
