Cherry Ice Cream

  • 4 cups fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (Tofutti)
  1. In high powered blender, combine cherries and coconut milk until smooth.
