One of my favorite “go-to” lunches is a bowl. Usually quinoa–I make quinoa on Monday to last the week, and use it for breakfast and lunch bowls, wrap filling, salad topping and baked goodies.
a recurring bowl in my life has amazing flavor despite it’s very simple ingredient list:
garlic lemon sauce.
incredible flavors. substantial staying power. when I make a large batch of quinoa and have it on hand, this bowl takes less than five minutes to put together. and doesn’t it look so beautiful and fresh? let’s go bowling!
