I haven’t made my no bake energy balls in a while, and I have some awesome new chocolate to play with.
Also? This recipe is super easy and has three ingredients you most likely have in your house right now! You may not have millet puffs, but rice puffs or even another type of cereal works.
These have been a perfect snack to eat pre workout.
peanut butter chocolate ball
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup millet puffs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Combine peanut butter and cocoa until blended; add puffs. You may need to mix and adjust, mix and adjust. I added more peanut butter after I started rolling – they do stick together. Makes 20 one inch balls, with some sampling as you go. 😉 Store in refrigerator.
I’ll tell you soon about this awesome chocolate I have… these can be made with any chocolate powder, I’ve used my chocolate protein before.
